You don't need a complicated routine. You need one you'll actually do.
Add 4 drops of Oil of Oregano in Black Seed Oil to a glass of water or juice. May be taken up to twice daily.
Then step outside. Feel the morning light. Walk. Take a few slow, intentional breaths.
1. Bring 4 cups (32 fl oz) spring or distilled water to a boil in a stainless-steel pot.
2. Stir in approximately 7 tablespoons of tea (1 oz by weight) and cover.
3. Simmer 15–20 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered and steep 10–12 hours.
4. Reheat until steaming without boiling. Let settle, then strain through fine stainless-steel mesh into a clean airtight container. Refrigerate.
To serve: Add 2 fl oz prepared Essiac Tea to 2 fl oz hot water. Take up to 2–4 fl oz of prepared tea daily on an empty stomach.
