Simply place your first-ever order with Zilara for 100 CV or more to receive your free Vault product. Then keep an active 100 CV Auto-Delivery each month to continue receiving new Vault products automatically.
"CV" stands for Commissionable Volume, which is the point value assigned to products. Most Zilara products have CV, so reaching 100 CV is simple when shopping your everyday favorites.
Vault products vary monthly and are chosen from our best-selling nutritional formulas, essential oils, or personal care items. It's a fun way to experience different Zilara products you may not have tried yet.
No, Vault products are preselected each month and automatically included with qualifying orders. The element of surprise is part of the fun!
Your Vault product is included automatically when your qualifying order processes - either your first-time order of 100 CV (or more) or your monthly 100 CV Auto-Delivery.
If your Auto-Delivery becomes inactive, you won't receive that month's Vault product. You can requalify by placing a new 100 CV Auto-Delivery order.
No. Because Vault products are complimentary gifts, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only one Vault product per account, per month will be included with qualifying orders.
