A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

When I founded Green Organics in 2011, I made a decision about how I wanted to build. The compensation plan would reward the work of serving customers. The structure would be transparent enough that any partner could explain it in a single conversation. And the relationships partners built would belong to them, for as long as they kept building them.

S.A.F.E. is that decision, written down.
